Book Lauren
I’m excited to announce that I am now accepting a limited number of dates for 2011!
I have already begun scheduling an itinerary of solo appearances for churches, concerts, women’s conferences and special events. A solo appearance can include packages of any of the following:
- Speaking
- Bible teaching
- Singing
Because I will still be keeping a full touring schedule with the Talley Trio, I am only able to do 15 solo appearances for 2011. The calendar is filling up very quickly, so if you’re interested in bringing me to your church or your town for a concert, a conference or church service, CLICK HERE for all the information you’ll need!
(And don’t forget to watch my tour schedule page…I want to see all of you there!)

Whoop whoop ((((: I Cant wait too see you!!!! Your truley ammazingg! I Love You ((:
congrats on the single bookings and may all go well. I saw a meet and greet and you talked about Tammy that was her screen. That had a good ending . See my ex-girl friend had that happen also and tho it was years ago I still remember the change in her voice when she told me about it. This world is capable of much evil but GOD had more grace.
Hey Lauren!
It was so good to see you & your parents at the WFCA concert in Philadelphia, MS, this past weekend! God has given your family a lot of talent, and it is always such a blessing to see that talent given back to Him so faithfully.
Thank you so much for being willing to share your experiences with everyone when you wrote your book! God called me to preach 11 years ago, just before my junior year of high school, and I didn’t exactly get the “Popular Preacher of the Year” award for that. More recently, at the age of 27, I was beginning to think I had finally found the girl that God would allow me to marry. When that turned out not to be the case, it left me with a lot more questions than answers. Your music, as much as anyone else’s, reminded me “the battle is all about where I set my mind” and helped prevent doubt, anger, and bitterness from taking over my life. Your book reminded me of so many things God has already been showing me in His book!
God showed me that suffering is often a calling that He places in our lives as we follow Him (1 Peter 2:21), and that if He places that calling in our lives, it is only “for a season,” and only “if needs be” (1 Peter 1:6). Paul called all of the things he suffered (more than most of us will ever endure) just “light affliction” (2 Cor. 4:17) that actually “works for us!” If we could really get a grip on those truths, maybe others could look at our lives and be “much more bold to speak the word without fear” (Phil. 1:14) also!
I loved the “Plan A – Plan B” chapter the most; that one was absolutely awesome! I have read the account of the centurion at the cross time and time again, and never once wondered if it was the same one mentioned earlier in the book! Amazing! My favorite quote from your book would have to be that last, full paragraph on page 72. A lot of people do have the wrong idea about what it is like to follow Jesus, and it is certainly never boring!
God is certainly using your ministry in a mighty way, and I’m sure He will continue to do so! Don’t doubt it, and don’t forget it, ever! May God bless you and keep you always!
Hello Joe,
It was nice meeting you in Mississippi last month.
Lisa
It was nice meeting you also, Lisa! That concert was SO good, too! There was just no way I was gonna skip out on that one!
I am barely able to read your postings and web messages because the fonts are white on a light blue background….Can you change to a dark blue or tell me how to change it on my screen.
H Sugg,
Greetings! On newer browsers, it does indeed display with a dark background. On some older browsers, there can be various display errors. May I suggest upgrading to a modern browser?
Here are two very good ones:

That is great news. I hope that I’m lucky enough to get to see you on one of your solo endeavors. It would be awesome to get to experience you doing all three of those things, speaking, Bible teaching and singing. I’ll be watching the calendar.

Lisa

Dear Lauren,
I cannot express how much your music has touched me. Through you and the trio, Jesus has been working so much in my life and has given me hope for a better day. I have become a better and positive person. I thank God and His Son for giving you the voice He has. You are a blessing! I wish I could ask you to come to my small church in Texas, but I fill it would be a blessing I could not ask for.
In His blessed name,
Kat
Hey L.T. I now have a wish list involving Talley events. I would love to attend the Freedom Faith and Family event on October 15. That is right up my alley. I am, as obviously the Talley’s are, a patriotic American who loves God and my Country and am seeing our American way of life being broken down, bit by bit, (and some bits a whole lot bigger than others!) right in front of our eyes. I wish I could be there with you all to experience what I think will be a most incredible evening of learning just how important it is to build our country back up through Faith and plain common sense to make and keep America the strong leader of the world that she has been and should always be.
My second wish event is this weekends Gatlinburg Gathering. For me it is always an amazing joy to hear the Talley’s sing, but to be able to attend the Women’s conference with Lauren and Debra teaching and preaching and lifting everyone up would just be a blast. Lauren I hope you and your Mom have a great time at the event this weekend. (and your Dad, too.)I know that anyone who is going to attend and is reading this will be so lifted up by the experience. Wish I could be there. Y’all have fun!
P.S. L.T….maybe you could manage to have some of it videoed and post it here like you did the Singing In the Sun Event. That was so cool to see.
Love,
Lisa

Lauren,
What a blessed week-end we had with you at GospelFest in Meridian, ID. I met you at the Brunch on Saturday. I will highly recommend your Book/CD. It is packed with wisdom and insight. Thank you for sharing your journey. It was an honor to sing in the choir to back up a couple of the Talley’s songs. You are an amazing young woman.
If you had a chance to read the book I gave you (Grace for the Raging Storm) you may be interested to know my daughter that cared for me after our automobile accident is now recovering from Adrenal disease along with other issues. As you know it is a long process. I know your book -CD will be a tremendous help to her as it is to me. I will be praying for you. Take care of yourself.
Blessings,
Phyllis Vavold

Hi Lauren!
I just wanted to say what a blessing your music has been to me. Your latest CD has helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I praise God every day he put you and your family on the earth to sing and tell people about his word!!!
I want all of you to please pray for my family, its only been three weeks since my brothers passing. I miss him so much! and the passing of tony greene I feel so sorry for his family. my brother was saved and I have that joy of one day seeing him again, but it doesn’t help with the pain today.
love you all
Louise
Lauren you should really consider coming to Arizona. it would be awesome.
Lauren,
I went back and reread the email I got from my friend I was telling you about the baby’s cyst starts at the middle of its head and goes all the way down its back. It is due April 16th. The mom’s name is Amy and I’ve known her for around 20 years.
On another note, mom and I love the way you and your family redid Tony’s Put on a Crown chorus. Could you send me the words so I can “sing” it to my dad? He hasn’t been with us when we’ve seen you guys at Tony’s because he has had meetings on the nights you’ve been there and I’d love for him to hear it.
hey Lauren,
Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow night. My nephew Wes is singing with the warm up group. So proud!
Hope you had a nice weekend and all keeps going well for you and yours.
GOD BLESS
Jeffrey A Mears aka warpath
Really enjoyed seeing you in Louisville. My husband declares you have a song about a race. “I’m in this race down to the last minute, Mercy and Grace are keeping me in it.” I have looked high and low and am unable to come up with anything by you or anyone else. Sure would make him happy if I could find it.
Keep up the good sounds!
Freda
Freda, I can’t seem to find it new, but it’s on a CD/DVD called Torch that you can get used here: http://www.amazon.com/TORCH-Celebration-Southern-Gospels-Generation/dp/B000EOTVFM/ (link to CD)
Hi its Alysa what are you doing tonight? I am the blonde 6 year old girl with the purple glasses that you met after your concert in New Martinsville. My daddy died 17 months ago and your songs really inspired me. I like to sing Jesus too! Thanks for taking the time to talk to me. My mom bought four of your cd’s but I want to get your poster and your book.
Alysa Currie
Lauren,
I just wanted to let you know your words toched a little life profoundly the other night. After your concert here in New Martinsburg, West Virginia last Sunday, you were kind enough to take the time to speak to my little niece (Alysa) and you have no idea how you touched her. Her Daddy died of Cancer about 17 months ago and she has was devastated. It’s been a long road for her but your kindness touched her with a hope we haven’t noticed for some time. I am honored to be her uncle and as we watched you sing she was so mesmerized she just wanted to cuddle and feel the warmth your songs provided. At 6 years old your kindness touched her in ways she probably would not have found in any other way. We all thank you for your kindness and I just wanted to let you know . . . God lives in your smile. God Bless you and I will remember . . .
Kevin
You are most definitely an inspiration to me, Lauren Talley. You have really impacted my life with your music and even your book. I am going through a heard time right now and Songs In The Night is my theme song. I sing it everyday and then think of the wonderful things God has done for me.. such as he did for David in Psalm 77. I thank God for putting this CD and this Book on your heart. You are my favorite singer. & I met you once, but I’m sure you do not remember.. I really appreciate all that you have done for me.. how God has used you in my life. I pray he keeps using you for his will. Love, Jamie from Morganton, NC.
Hi! I LOVED your concert last night!! Thanks for doing Testify! It meant the world to me. I am totally going to check into the school for next summer! See you again soon!
Love,
Karley
