Hi Lauren,
My husband and I really enjoyed seeing you and your family in the big town of Gordo, AL last night. Thank you so much for not limiting God by still going where He leads you. We always enjoy The Talley Trio and it had been too long since the last time we heard you.

I wish I could be there, Lauren. It sounds like a wonderful event. My prayers are with you as you embark on this new chapter in your life. God bless you.
Lauren, Often the most difficult math to master is counting your blessings. Thank You for being a blessing to all of us. Watching you grow as a person and as a Christian has caused each of us also to grow with you. You are a leader, and a cheerful friend.
I can’t wait til March 20th. This is so exciting. My mom and I are planning on coming! It was so awesome to meet you this past fall at the convention center! This adventure sounds so interesting, I’m ready to see what it is all about!
i would fly in from Germany!!!!!Lauren we want you to know -we love you here in Germany ..love your voice and your open heart…we want to have you here!!!!
It is so surreal to me to hear that you know our music in Germany! Sometimes it’s hard for me to fully grasp just how powerful this message is. We’d love to have you come to the U.S. for our conference- hope we get to meet you someday!
Hi, Lauren! Like so many others, I would LOVE to see you again in concert. Love to hear you sing and to see the family doing what you love to do. May OUR God richly bless your future and thanks for being you!

Lauren,
It is so clear to see from your postings that the Lord has refined you through the “nights” in your life. I also am very excited about this new “song” the Lord has written just for you! Blessings to you and your family for heeding the nudgings of the Holy Spirit and taking action to further this new season in your lives. I know the Lord has great things in store for y’all and for those to whom you minister. I do not know if I will be able to attend the event but I will most certainly keep updated through the postings on your website and continue to pray for the ministry of the Talleys. To God be the Glory!
Love & Blessings,
Jeri
We would love to come… Who knows with God all things are possible……
Your awesome Lauren and we can see the Lord has placed His blessing on you as your countenance sures shines!!!!! Mark and Liz Payne Amarillo Texas
Lauren,
You are simply an amazing woman of God! I don’t know if I can make it to Pigeon Forge, but I”ll be praying for the event!
I don’t know if you have the capability of doing this, but could you guys set up cameras/technology that would allow online viewers to watch the event?
For example: If a person would like to watch the streaming event on your website, they could pay $25 for the entire event! Maybe you could run a promo on your new project too!
Just an idea. Don’t know if that’s possible, just wanted to ask!
God bless you!
Love in Christ,

Lauren, Please remember, it is the message that is important, not the messenger.
You make a great point and I’d like to add something to it. The message is of utmost importance. But a message can’t be heard unless the messenger does his or her job. It is VERY important to me that I deliver the message God gives me, whether in a song, a book or blog post, in a way that He’d be pleased with. I really need everyone’s prayers because this is a new endeavor for me and I’m learning more about trusting Him every day, just like we all are. Thanks so much for getting on board and joining us- we’re all going to grow together.
I know now for sure that you have character and integrity, exactly what a messenger of the Gospel must have to be believable. You are serious about your faith and want to share it ( this is not an act with you, your motives are pure ). You show your love for God by showing love to people in using the talents He has entrusted to you to the best of your ability. Your ministry is not about you, it is all about the Lord, and that comes through loud and clear ! We just love your positive attitude !
Thanks! I need things like this right now.
I hope to make it to your spring seminar. We have a cabin in Franklin, NC. where my son is working out of, and hope to make it. He just came down to Fl for his sister’s wedding, and sat with me with most of your DVD (I bought when we saw your concert in Franklin) and we both had a few tears, from the truth and honesty of your songs. I hope he will come with me to your conference next spring, I am looking forward to it.
Thanks for you.
Lauren the idea of an audio book is a wonderful idea. I stated before that I lost my mother after a long battle with diabetes. This disease caused her to loose her eye sight and she had to depend on audio books since she could no longer read. She loved to read before her eyesight loss. Mom passed back in the early 1990’s and there was not a lot of audio books back then so we got some for her when we found them. This is such a wonderful idea that God has placed in your mind and I wish you best of luck with it.
Oh wow….that’s so inspiring. I hope she feels like I’m sitting right next to her talking to her- that’s what I want everyone to feel.
Lauren, My dad recorded an audio book for a friend a few years back. It was unbelievably challenging. So I wish you the very best. It turned out to be quite different that recording music. I know he definitely prefers the music:-) I will be unable to attend the March 20th event, but I promise to pray for your all. Blessing – Wendy
I simply wanted to add a comment here to say thanks for you very nice ideas. Blogs are troublesome to run and time consuming therefore I appreciate when I see well written material. Your time isn’t going to waste with your posts. Thanks so much and carry on You’ll defintely reach your goals! have a great day!
Dear Lauren,
We are having a great time at Mims Baptist Church in Conroe, Texas. We are in our Bible Conference with Bob Pitman tonight and Dr. David Allen from SWBTS. We had
Dr. Paige Patterson and Dr. David Allen last night and this morning. Pray for our Bible Conference. We are going to have a hard freeze in Conroe Tonight. It should
not effect our Bible Conference attendance, but it probably will. May the Lord continue to bless you and the Talley Trio. We love your music and will pray for you as you create your audio book. Love in Christ, Lewis C. Price
(saved in 1953 reading a Gideon Bible in a hotel room)
Lauren…love the new music!! Just added it to file today!!!
Hi Lauren,
You probably don’t remember me buying you a funnel cake at NQC a couple of years ago. We [my wife and I] have seen you and your Mom and Dad for about the last 15 yrs at NQC and Jackson Song-fest, as well as a couple of times in Olive Branch,MS. You have always impressed me as a child of God who wants to serve Him. We are all human and have our daily struggles. Trials come to those who love the Lord but as you well know, He carries us through the fire and we come out stronger in our faith. I feel certain that with God as your guide, you will work the fields and He will gain souls from your service. You have an incredible gift. An angel’s voice that gets people’s attention. Then it gives you the opportunity to share Christ’s love and make a difference in someones life. I don’t think for one minute that you are doing this for the money. If that was all it was about, you would be in pop music. God honors those who honor him. You have shown me that you are depending on Him to provide and he will. I hope to see you in person in March as we are planning now to be there. I love you and I’ll be praying for you.
James
OF COURSE I remember you! You’re the only person who’s ever bought me a funnel cake, and one doesn’t forget something like that
So glad you’re here, stay in touch.
Enjoyed your concert in Gordo tonight. Powerful voices with a powerful message. My husband and I where deeply touched. Oh by the way wear the Alabama scarf and stay warm. Even a Tennesee fan needs an Alabama souvenir since they are National champs and you are in Alabama all weekend. Be safe and God bless your travels
Your concert at Gordo was great. Powerful voices with a powerful message. My husband and I were both touched. Enjoy the crimson scarf. Every football fan needs a souvenir from Alabama since they are the champs. Be safe and God bless
God bless you and your family, Lauren. I don’t believe it will be possible for my husband, Mike, and I to attend in Pigeon Forge in March, but I just know that God will work in wonderful ways that weekend. I am sure many lives will be touched.
Love, Gail

Hi Laauren, my daughter and I went to Mobile this past weekend for Celebrate Jesus Winter fest. I really was moved to tears when you spoke about being diagnosed with mononucleious 2 yrs ago and being able to do nothing but listen to God! 2 years ago i had a massive stroke during neck surgery, and was too just able to listen to God, I am a pastor of a small country church with about 120 members and needed to stop and listen for a while. You sang a song about hearing the heart or something like that, i cant quit remember cause i was trying to block out my 13 yr old daughter from making fun of me for crying! If you can help me out with the song you sant saturday night i really appreciate it!
I really appreciate your kind words. The song I sang after I spoke was “The Broken Ones,” which was recorded on the Talley Trio’s “Stages” CD. You can find it at http://www.talleytrio.com.

Pam,
Thanks for your post. If you’ll go up to the top left corner of this page and click on the Extra Mile logo, that will take you to the registration page. You can find all the info you’ll need there and you can register to participate directly on that page. If you would like to bring a group from your church we’d love to have you! Spartanburg isn’t very far away- you’d likely be home at a decent time to sleep some before church Sunday
if you decide to stay over, we have a special hotel rate available onsite. All of that info is on the registration page.
We’ll look forward to seeing you there! Thanks!
Lauren
Hi Lauren,
From down under in South Australia, we love the Singing Ministry of yourself and the Talley Trio, It truly is amazing how God will open doors and lead us if we ask and let him. may God continue to bless and lead you in all you do for and with him. We would love to be there at the event but alas can’t be. Maybe next time we are visiting the States we will be able to come and hear you.
regards
Noel and Louise
Thank your for sharing the beautiful gift the lord has given to you. I returned to the lord about a year ago, and I have found his message through your music to be one of the most uplifting experiances I have ever had in my entire life. Simply said, this 53 year old dad, and grandpa, was moved to tears for several hours. My emotions have truly moved my devotion to our lord and savior, Jesus Christ. I look forward to your visit to United Methodist in Washington, IL on 4/10/10. May god bless you and your family!
